PawfectClan (Operated by: NIFTECH PVT LTD) ship orders all across the world. In-stock items are normally shipped within 3 business days. There are no restrictions on the number of orders that can be placed or the size of the orders that can be placed. We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping orders up to $70.00. If your order is worth more than $70, you won’t have to pay for shipping.

(Not including processing time) The product is typically delivered in 8-12 days in the United States, and 10-14 days in other countries. You will be given a tracking code when you receive an email with a purchase confirmation and delivery information. Your order will be delivered to your home. If you have not received your order despite the tracking code indicating that it has been delivered, you should contact your local post office.

Holidays and Christmas times may alter the above times.

Returns

Our products are of the finest quality, and we work hard to meet the needs of our clients. If the product is defective or damaged, we accept returns within 15 days of receiving the item. Once we get the returned item, we will provide a reimbursement. To return the item, you must pay the postage price.

We have a 15-day cancellation policy. After 15 days from the delivery date, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.

Only unopened products are eligible for returns. It’s also necessary to have the original package. We’ll require evidence of purchase or a receipt to complete your return.

Returns may only be partially refunded in some cases after the item is returned (if possible). The item is damaged, or a part is missing, due to reasons out of our control and not our fault. Whenever an item is returned after 15 days.

Once we’ve received and checked your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received it. In addition, it will inform you whether your refund has been accepted or denied. Within a specified time limit, you will get a refund via your original credit card, and the credit will be added to your account automatically. Refunds that were misplaced or arrived late (if possible) If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account. Contact your credit card company; the refund may appear on your credit card statement after a few days. Your bank will then be able to help you. Displayed items (when possible): Only items purchased at regular prices can be refunded, unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded.

(If any) exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at: [email protected] if you want to replace it with the same item.

You will be responsible for the cost of postage if you return your item. Shipping expenses are not refundable. The shipping charges of returning an item will be deducted from your refund if you receive one. Depending on where you reside, your mutual product may take longer to arrive. If the item is worth more than $75, you should use a tracking service and consider submitting a shipment insurance claim. There is no guarantee that your returned goods will reach us.
